Please fill out the Form Below and bring it to the Front Office along with a copy of your ID.
Upon arriving at the school, please enter the front office to sign in as an approved Volunteer. You will receive a YELLOW STICKER. Please keep it visible on you at all times while you are on Campus. Before you leave you must return your sticker to the front office so they can sign you out of the system.
